01 / Challenge
Replacing the mental map
A busy valet operation depends on knowing where every vehicle is and which guest needs it next. At Twin Orchard Country Club, that information had to match a real parking layout and remain useful while staff moved quickly. A generic inventory screen would not have fit the job.
02 / Approach
Built around the lot
I built the interface around a visual representation of the actual lot, so vehicle locations make sense at a glance. Staff can search by plate, color, member ID, make, or member name, then mark a car for pickup when a guest is ready. Supabase keeps the shared state current, turning a process that depended on memory and verbal updates into one clear operational view.
